INGREDIENTS for 6 people

  • Almond flour 80 g / 2.8 oz
  • Rolled oats 45 g / 1.6 oz
  • Dried prunes 150 g / 5.3 oz
  • Black tea 2 bags
  • Extra virgin olive oil 30 g / 1 oz
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Mixed nuts (Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pine nuts, Pecans) 120 g / 4.2 oz
  • 72% dark chocolate 80 g / 2.8 oz
  • Honey 20 g / 0.7 oz
  • Grated apples 150 g / 5.3 oz
  • Grated carrots 100 g / 3.5 oz
  • Flavors and Seasoning: Vanilla, Grated lemon zest, Turmeric, Pepper, Salt

PREPARATION

Soak the dried prunes in black tea for 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and chosen aromatics. Add grated apples, grated carrots, and prunes blended with EVO oil (remove the prunes from the tea before blending).

Mix thoroughly and divide the batter into small molds. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes.

Leave to cool. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and spread it over each portion.

Decorate with mixed nuts and finish with a light glaze of honey.
