Here is an anti-waste recipe for you to enjoy!
1️. Slice the leftover parts of your vegetables.
2️. Melt some anchovies and spices in a pan.
3. Cook the vegetables starting from the toughest ones, which take longer to cook.
4. Blend the vegetables by adding coconut milk as liquid.
5. Pour the mix into the pan and add the decorticated red lentils.
6️. Cook for about 20 minutes, and if you see that the liquid evaporates too much, add some water from time to time.
