Quinoa
Artichokes
Garlic
EVO-Extra Virgin Olive oil

Recipe:
- Steam the artichoke hearts and keep the water that remains at the end.
- Use the artichoke water to cook the quinoa. It might not be enough, so add some more if needed. The quinoa cooks for about 10 minutes from the boil and it also boasts some properties: it is naturally gluten-free and “expands” a lot during cooking, so a smaller quantity is able to satisfy you.
- In the meantime, lightly sauté the artichoke hearts in a pan with garlic, oil and chili pepper to further enhance its properties and aid digestion.
