Try this simple but filling dish! 

1.Cook the millet in water in proportion 1 to 2. For example, ½ cup of millet in 1 cup of water. You can find the cooking time written on the packaging, but it can vary from about 20 to 40 minutes.

3.Meanwhile, cut a cooked beetroot into cubes and cook it in the pan.

4.Let’s add some cooked chickpeas and your spices of choice.

5.Add the millet and mix.
