INGREDIENTS – Serving 1

  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons of dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons of Greek yogurt
  • 1 slice of whole-grain bread

UTENSILS

  • Fork
  • Spoon

PREPARATION

Cut the banana into slices. Break the chocolate into flakes. Spread 2 teaspoons of yogurt on a slice of bread and season with banana and chocolate flakes. Our snack is ready!
