Healthy Chips

Enjoy this tasty snack.

  1. Clean, wash and dry the kale leaves.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix the leaves with a little EVO oil and a little salt (optional).
  3. Arrange them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.

You can also add flaxseed and sesame but only during the last 2-3 minutes otherwise they will make the chips too bitter.
