Halloween – Healthy Trick or Treat: Coconut Chocolates

COCONUT CHOCOLATES

Ingredients for 12 pieces

  • 250 g of dark chocolate
  • 200 g unsweetened grated coconut
  • 125 g of coconut flavored yogurt
  • a pinch of salt
  • vanilla extract

Preparation:

Pour the grated coconut into a bowl with the yogurt, and mix together. Add a pinch of salt and knead by pressing the mixture. With wet hands, shape into balls and freeze for at least 45 minutes. Finally, melt the chocolate in bain-marie and coat each ball. Freeze again before serving. They can also be decorated with grated coconut on the surface.
