COCONUT CHOCOLATES
Ingredients for 12 pieces
Preparation:
Pour the grated coconut into a bowl with the yogurt, and mix together. Add a pinch of salt and knead by pressing the mixture. With wet hands, shape into balls and freeze for at least 45 minutes. Finally, melt the chocolate in bain-marie and coat each ball. Freeze again before serving. They can also be decorated with grated coconut on the surface.
