Flourless Veg Brownies

Here is the recipe for this delicious snack and dessert:

1️. Fill a jar of red beans (about 240g/8.5 oz/2 cups), 50ml (1.6 fl oz/ 1/2 cup) of almond milk, 30g (1oz/ ¼ cup) of bitter cocoa powder, 20ml (0.6 fl oz/ 1/5 cup) of coconut oil and 50-80g (1.7-2.8 oz/ 0.4-0.6 cups) of honey, blending each time.

  1. Break up a dark chocolate bar (75 g) (ours was 100% dark chocolate) and add to the dough.
  2. Distribute the mix in a pan with oven paper and add more chocolate chips on top.

4️. Bake at 170°C (347°F) for about 20 minutes.
