Briefly sauté the garlic in the oil and a tiny amount of water. Add the greens, fava beans, and sliced chili pepper. Add salt as needed, cook for 5 minutes, and serve. Thanks to the beet greens and fresh fava beans, this recipe is rich in minerals and folates. To preserve the nutritional content, cook briefly (approx. 10 minutes) in a small amount of water.
