250 g (9 oz) of dark chocolate
200 g (7 oz) of grated coconut (unsweetened)
Vanilla extract
125 g (4.5 oz) of coconut yogurt
A pinch of salt
Preparation
Pour the grated coconut into a bowl with the yogurt. Mix to obtain a smooth mixture. Add a pinch of salt and knead it by pressing the mixture. Shape into small balls with wet hands and freeze them for at least 45 minutes. Finally, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and cover each ball with it. Freeze again before serving. They can also be decorated with grated coconut on the surface.
