👉 Chickpea and Pumpkin Hummus.
Try out this delicious recipe:
1. Blend a jar of chickpeas with a little of their water.
2. Add a spoonful of tahini (Extra Virgin Olive oil is ok too)
3. Add the juice of half a lemon.
5. Add baked pumpkin with garlic and rosemary, leftover from the day before.
6. Garnish with some pumpkin seeds.
