Flourless Gluten-Free Loaf

A special loaf, without flour and yeast, and gluten-free if you use certified gluten-free oats.

 

Ingredients

 

160 g (5.6 oz/ 1 and 1/3 cups) of oat flakes
130 g (4.5 oz/1 cup) of mixed seeds
50 g (1.7 oz/ 2/5 cup) of dried fruit
3 tablespoons of EVO (Extra Virgin) oil
a teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of honey
350 ml (11.8 fl oz/ 2 and 4/5 cups) of water at room temperature.

 

Preparation

 

1. Mix: Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
2. Let room temperature rest for a few hours (we left it all night): Cover the mixture and let it rest at room temperature for a few hours, or overnight for best results.
3. Bake in a not-too-big container because the compound needs to be compact as it doesn’t grow: Use a small or medium-sized container to ensure the loaf is compact as it doesn’t expand during baking.
4. Put at 190°C (374° F) for 40 minutes: Preheat the oven to 190°C (374 ° F) and bake the mixture for 40 minutes.

 

It’s really a surprise. Very good and suitable for both sweet and savory snacks/meals.
