Preparation:
Cook the bulgur (a grain made from parboiled, cracked wheat) in plenty of water for about ten minutes. Cut the leek and fry it lightly with a little chili. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook it over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the cooked pumpkin and turn off the heat. At the bottom of a bowl, lay the mix of vegetables on one side, the chickpeas on the other, and the bulgur on top. Finally, add the lemon juice and sesame seeds.
