Biological Age

Discover your biological age with a personalized assessment by the Create Cures Foundation Nutrition Team, made up of Registered Dietitians specialized in the scientific pillars of healthy longevity and trained by Professor Valter Longo.

Biological age is a biomarker that reflects epigenetic changes and varies according to lifestyle, environment, and nutrition. Two people could have the same chronological age while simultaneously having significantly different biological ages. Biological age is associated with a risk of early mortality and age-related diseases, including diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, and neurodegenerative disease. The discrepancy between chronological age and biological age reflects the differences in each individual’s biological aging process.

Biological age is, therefore, strongly correlated to all causes of mortality, and the higher this parameter is, the greater the chances of coexisting diseases.[i]

As of today, thanks to the work of the Create Cures Foundation’s Nutrition Team, you can discover your biological age. The assessment requires your specific clinical biomarkers (blood tests), which will be indicated in response to your request.

This assessment, including a 30-minute Telehealth consultation with a Dietitian, is $90.
