Ingredients:
Clean the artichokes by removing the harder outer leaves, the stem, and the tips. Slightly spread the leaves and dip them in a bowl with water and lemon juice. Prepare the filling by mixing the breadcrumbs with the chopped garlic and parsley, salt, pepper, and oil.
Fill the artichokes with the filling and transfer them to a pan with a little oil and 2 glasses of water.
Cook them covered for 30-40 minutes.
