Valter Longo is Professor of Biogerontology and Director of the Longevity Institute of the USC (University of Southern California) in Los Angeles, one of the most important centers for research on aging and age-related diseases. Professor Longo is also the director of the Longevity and Cancer research program at the IFOM Institute of Molecular Oncology in Milan in Italy. In 2018 Prof. Longo was named by “Time Magazine” one of the 50 most influential people in the world in the field of health for his research regarding Longevity and the prevention of the most serious diseases.
